Tis Naming a Cat is a Very Serious Business
This Original 'TisArt' picture celebrates the very serious business of naming a cat. The character is know as the TIS and is based on our Siamese Kitten named Twiggy. The drawing was made using artists ink on watercolor paper. Each picture is a one off. They are drawn freehand at speed capturing the spark of creativity of the moment. I sign each artwork ,writing my signature backwards/ mirror image, which is easier when I am drawing. Later I date and time each artwork. (e.g. 2014 07 16 08:00) after I have finished adding the colours.
